Painted for the Daily Paintworks Ten Minute Challenge on two 6"x6" canvases. I set a timer at ten minutes for each rose. I used three different roses as my model, so I didn't follow the letter of the challenge completely, but I did feel more comfortable by the eighth rendering. A valuable exercise, this challenge was posted by artist Carol Marine.
