Here are two detail shots of my current work-in-progress, which was interrupted by welcome guests. Both my model, Owen, and I had family visiting during the past two weeks, and we just got back to this painting today. I will put Owen together and post the finished 20x16" painting in the next day or so...

How intriguing... What's in between the head and foot? Can't wait to see. Love the head and what gorgeous hair. You did an amazing job on the feet - especially on the one that comes forward. Wow!
Thanks, Julie. The foreshortening of the leg was a challenge. And yes, Owen has gorgeous golden hair!
