Bovine Stopper

7"x5" Oil on stretched canvas. SOLD

Most of my family live in the Dallas, Texas area. Not too long ago, I saw my first longhorn "in person", and I started shooting photographs of all things Texas, but mostly longhorns. After that trip, my sister and brother-in-law (Sheila and Bo) sent this wine stopper to me. I knew I could count on Bo to come up with a great title for this painting. Other great title suggestions were: Texas, Longhorn Stopper, Mad Cow Cork, Cork-n-Bull, and Bull Plug. Of course, I had to go with the title that included Bo's name..."Bovine Stopper"!

"Red Grapes on Pewter Tray"

Oil on stretched canvas. 8" x 10"

Red grapes are a staple in my house . . . an expensive one these days! The pewter tray was a gift from my students and my good friend, Jackie, who was also my excellent teacher's aide for five years.

I was told that several people have tried unsuccessfully to post comments. I have corrected the problem, so post away!
